At Aromaze, we take great care to ensure that your luxurious chocolates and coffees are delivered to you safely and promptly. We offer free shipping on all orders above $50 within the United States. For orders below $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $5 will be charged. Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly and sustainable packaging materials that are also recyclable. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and packaging of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aromaze. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange any product within 14 days of receiving it. To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to our customer service team at support@aromaze.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a refund or exchange as per your request.
